We offer free standard shipping via Australia Post, delivered Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Express shipping is currently unavailable.

Standard Expected Lead Times:

• Metro (Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide): 2 to 3 business days
• Metro (Brisbane, Hobart): 3 to 4 business days
• Rural (VIC, NSW, SA): 3 to 5 business days
• Metro (Perth, Darwin): 4 to 6 business days
• Rural (WA, NT, QLD): 5 to 10 business days

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne Distribution Centre. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your goods have been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and exclude dispatch time. Delays may occur during public holidays, severe weather, or periods of high order volume. We are pleased to accept PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses for all Australia Post deliveries.

Currently, we do not ship internationally from our Australian warehouse. To send Aesop products abroad, please follow these steps:

• Switch Regions: Search your browser for the local Aesop site (e.g., "Aesop Spain" or "Aesop UK").
• Local Currency: Prices will automatically update to the destination's currency.
• Delivery: Place your order directly through that regional site for local delivery.

Note: If you cannot find a local website for your preferred destination, we do not currently service that country.
