We are pleased to offer our customers complimentary sample bundles with all online orders

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Online purchases may be returned or exchanged in-store or via home pick-up within 30 days. Refund or Exchange will only be granted upon presentation of the original receipt. Items must be in original packaging and sellable condition. Exchange in stores will be granted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

For in-store returns or exchanges of online purchases, please present the original invoice to a member of staff. Card transactions will be refunded to the card used for payment and not in cash. We regret, we can only process exchanges or refunds for purchases for direct purchases and not from any other supplier. Products must be unopened.

For returns via home pick-up, please contact or our customer service team via WhatsApp on +97145119977. A team member will arrange for courier pick-up. Please include the original invoice along with original packaging. Products must be unopened. Once received and processed, the refund will be issued to the card used for payment within 2-3 business days of processing the return However, your bank or card issuer may take 7-10 working days to credit your account.

All orders placed using Tabby will be refunded via Tabby portal.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact our customer service team on or via WhatsApp on +97145119977 if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best to amend or cancel any order as long as it has not been already processed.


Digital Gift Cards

We do not offer digital gift cards at the moment.


All prices on the Aesop United Arab Emirates website are inclusive of 5% VAT. The amount paid will be displayed on the invoice included in your order.

We do not offer cash on delivery of the moment. Payment shall be made online via Visa, a Mastercard ,an American Express card or Tabby.

Aesop store credit note for online orders

We cannot accept an Aesop credit note for online orders.


When will my order be shipped?

All UAE: Order placed before 2pm will be delivered on the same day in Dubai and Abu dhabi and on next business day for all other Emirates. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within 2 days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

Do you have any delivery charges?

Free delivery for all Orders AED 300 and above.

Shipping fee of AED 25 for all Orders below AED 300.

Please note that the delivery charge of AED 25 will not be refunded in case of any product return or exchange.

Can I collect my order in store?

We are currently not offering click and collect from the store.

Do you offer international shipping?

Orders placed on the Aesop United Arab Emirates website can only be delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

To purchase Aesop products locally, you can locate your nearest Aesop Signature Store or stockist by using the Aesop online store locator

What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

If an item has been damaged in transit, Aesop will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us on or via WhatsApp on +97145119977 with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Signature on delivery

A signature may be required for deliveries depending on the delivery partner.

Dangerous Goods

Some of our products are classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids for the purposes of transportation. Any parcel that we ship containing these products will be packaged and labelled appropriately to comply with Dangerous Goods safety regulations.

PO Boxes

We do not accept PO Box addresses for all orders within the United Arab Emirates. We will require a physical mailing address.
