Just as our physical spaces are dedicated to hosting our customers, so too is our online store. It is a pleasure to offer a range of gestures and complimentary additions to enhance your experience.

Signature gift preparation

Gift orders are prepared with our elegant online gift packaging. Products are carefully wrapped in a reusable cotton bag, which is lightly spritzed with fragrance. For a personalised touch, we can also include a card with a handwritten message.

As is the case for all Aesop packaging, materials are modest and functional, and aim to have minimal environmental impact.

Complimentary shipping and returns

Orders are delivered between three and five business days, free of charge. For your convenience, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
