1. Add products to your cart
2. At check out select store pick as your shipping preference
3. Store pick up can only be done at our Aesop Dubai Mall signature boutique
4. Your order will be ready for collection on the same day within 2 hours of placing your order
5. Collect your order in-store

Collecting your order.

Orders placed before 7pm will be ready within 2 hours for collection same day. Orders placed after 7pm may not be ready until the next day. To avoid disappointment, please call us on +971 50 493 3768 if you wish to arrive before the 2 hour timeframe with your order number on hand.
Upon collection, you will need to show your order confirmation email. Should you wish to nominate someone to collect on your behalf, please forward your email receipt to them.
