Aesop.ae delivers same day to Dubai and Abu Dhabi and within 1 - 2 business days across other Emirates.
Standard delivery incurs a fee of AED 25 for orders below AED 300.
Orders above AED 300 enjoy free shipping to the desired location.
Once an order is dispatched a tracking link will be sent to your email by our delivery partner where you can track the journey of your order.

Exchange & Refund
We offer refunds on all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. Orders made via the Aesop.ae website can be exchanged or returned in any Aesop UAE Official flag ship store mentioned below within the timelines stated in our returns policy.

Alternatively, we can also collect your returns from your preferred UAE address.

Please allow 2 working days for us to arrange for a pick-up.
Once delivered to our store, it takes up to 5 working days for returns to be processed.
Exchange will only be granted in stores upon presentation of the original receipt. Items must be in original packaging and sellable condition. Exchange will be granted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Aesop will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty.
If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.
